  • A: We focus on providing cohesive, Agile teams, not just individual placements. Our teams typically consist of between 3 & 6 members, all of which are experienced Agile practitioners, and are designed to integrate smoothly with your existing team. We prioritise project outcomes and work with you to achieve pre-agreed KPIs.

  • A: We primarily work with funded startups, early-stage tech companies, and mid-sized businesses that require agile teams to accelerate development and growth.
     

Q: What skills and roles can your Agile teams provide? 

  • A: We can provide teams consisting of some or all of the full range of roles and skills that make up an Agile team, including software development (front-end, back-end, full-stack), QA testing, project management, product ownership, and more. We specifically tailor teams to your exact needs.

Q: What is the typical length of engagement? 

  • A: Our teams are in place for long enough to resolve the development and delivery challenges that are being faced. This is typically anywhere between 3 - 24 months. However, we provide longer term support by way of specific resources.

Q: What is the minimum size Agile team you provide?

  • A: We believe in providing effective and cohesive agile teams. Therefore, our minimum initial team size is three people. We've found that a team of this size fosters effective collaboration and brings together the diverse expertise necessary for successful project outcomes. However, we understand that project needs can evolve. Beyond the initial 3 months we offer flexible scaling options to increase or decrease the team size as required

Q: What is the minimum period we can have a team for?

  • A: Our minimum engagement term is three months. This allows the team to fully integrate with your existing team & processes and deliver tangible results. We then provide flexible extension options beyond the initial three-month term to ensure continuity and long-term support for your projects if required.

Q: How quickly can you provide an Agile team?

  • A: We understand the urgency of project needs. We strive to provide teams as quickly as possible, from as little as 10 days after your initial instruction to commencement, depending on the specific requirements.
     

Q: How do you ensure the quality of your Agile teams? 

  • A: We have a rigorous vetting process that includes technical skills alignment, behavioural interviews, and reference checks. Our teams all  have a minimum of 3 years experience in Agile methodologies and are committed to delivering high-quality results. You, our client, can also interview the team members ahead of accepting them, if required.
     

Q: How does your team integrate with our existing team? 

  • A: We prioritise smooth team integration, with communications assessment a key part of our screening process. We emphasise both verbal and written communication and our engagement cadence provides you with regular feedback opportnities. Our teams are experienced in working collaboratively and will adopt your existing processes and tools.

Q: What Agile methodologies are your teams proficient in?

  • A: Our teams are proficient in a variety of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches. Where required we also provide teams that are expert in other methodologies and processes such as XP (eXtreme Programming), TDD (Test Driven Development), FDD (Feature Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).

Q: What is the pricing model for Propel+?

  • A: Our pricing is based on factors such as team size, skill level, required roles and project duration. We offer flexible pricing options to meet your budget. Please contact us for a customised quote.

Q: How do you handle communication and project management? 

  • A: We use industry-standard collaboration tools and emphasise clear communication with ALL our teams. We provide you regular progress reports via weekly calls, maintain open lines of communication via your dedicated account manager, and give you access to reported task/ticket progress for each team member.
     

Q: What happens if we need to scale the team up or down?

  • A: We offer flexible scaling options to accommodate your changing needs. We can quickly adjust team size to meet your project demands.

Q: How do you handle intellectual property (IP) and confidentiality? 

  • A: You retain 100% IP of any code written and application developed. We appreciate the need for confidentiality and  put in place mutual NDAs between you and Leys Digital as well as ALL members of the team working for you.

Q: What is your process for onboarding new clients?

  • A: We have a streamlined onboarding process that includes an initial in-depth consultation, a thorough assessment of your needs, team selection, and project kick-off.
